Custom desk mat FAQ
What file should I upload?
Use the largest, sharpest version of your image. It should be at least 150 DPI at the size of the mat, and 300 DPI is best. Let your art run 1/4" past each edge for bleed, and keep text and logos at least 3/4" inside the edge. Playmat Studio marks both areas while you design.
Which size fits my desk?
For a mouse on its own, the 12" x 10" or 18" x 12" pads work well. To fit a keyboard and mouse, start at 24" x 12". The 28" x 12" and 31" x 12" give a full-size keyboard more room, and the 36" x 16" covers most of a work area. Compare them in the size guide.
Does it work with my mouse?
Yes. The smooth cloth top is made for both optical and laser mice.
Will the mat slide around?
No. Every desk mat has a 3 mm neoprene rubber base that grips the desk, plus clear stitched edges that stop fraying.
Can I put my company logo on it?
Yes, as long as you own the artwork or have permission to print it. Desk mats make good gifts for a team or for customers, and there is no minimum order.
How long does shipping take?
Every desk mat is printed to order. We process orders in 1 to 3 business days and ship them with tracking from New Jersey, USA. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Yes. Orders of 5 or more mats get volume pricing, from 10% off at 5 mats up to 40% off at 50. Visit bulk orders to request a quote.
