- Orders: every order with Rubicon items, its status in plain words, and the carrier and tracking link.
- Statements: your monthly statements, ready to view, download as a PDF and pay.
- Artwork: upload print files up to 2 GB each. Big files resume if the page reloads.
- Packing slip: set up your slip with a live preview.
There are no passwords. Type your account email and click the one-time link we send you, and you stay logged in for 30 days on that device. Your team can use it too. Shopify partners open it straight from Apps in their Shopify admin. It works on phones, has light and dark mode, and a short guided tour shows you around on your first visit.
For Shopify stores
Set it up once, then let it run
Each Shopify partner gets a private app made just for their store. It isn't in the Shopify App Store, and there's no app subscription.
- Talk to us. We agree on the products, sizes and your wholesale prices.
- Install your app. We send you an install link made for your store. Open it while you're logged in to your Shopify admin and click Install. It takes about 2 minutes.
- Add your products. We can create starter drafts in your store, or you can list them yourself with one variant per size. We link each size and confirm.
- Upload your artwork. Add your print files in the portal and tell us which design each one is for.
- Go live. Once we confirm the links, set your retail prices and publish.
After that there's nothing to do day to day. Paid orders come to us on their own. On mixed orders only the Rubicon-made items are sent to us, and the rest stays with you to ship. Your stock for linked sizes follows ours, and your other products are left alone. Adding a new design later is easy: list it, upload the file, and we link it.
For Etsy and other marketplaces
Place each order in about 2 minutes
Selling on Etsy or somewhere other than Shopify? We set up your partner portal account, and you send us each sale yourself.
- Click New order and pick the mat, size, quantity and print file for each item.
- Copy your customer's name and shipping address from the marketplace order.
- Choose Standard or Expedited shipping and add your own order number, like "Etsy 3215", so it shows on the packing slip and your statement.
- Check the estimate and click Place order.
We print and ship to your customer with your packing slip, then email you the tracking so you can add it to the order on Etsy. Sold-out sizes are grayed out, so you can't order something we can't make.

Set it up in your portal with a live preview. Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP logo up to 2 MB (a wide logo on white prints best). Changes apply to new orders.
Billing
Billing made simple
Your customers pay you, and you set your own retail prices. Your wholesale prices are agreed with Rubicon before you start.
One statement a month
It covers everything that fully shipped the month before, listed by your own order numbers.
Clear costs
The agreed wholesale price per mat plus a handling fee per order. Portal partners also pay shipping at our exact label cost.
Pay by card
Pay through a secure checkout link in the email and in your portal. Card payments are recorded automatically.
Credits when plans change
Cancel before we ship and you're not billed. Cancellations and refunds after a statement come back as a credit.

We never email or contact your customers. Order confirmations and shipping emails come from your own store, or from you. Your customer's name, address and phone are used only to ship the order and never appear on your statements. Each Shopify partner gets a private app for their store only.

Questions
White label questions
Do I need to do anything when an order comes in?
On Shopify, no. Paid orders reach us automatically. If you sell on Etsy or elsewhere, you place each order in your partner portal, which takes about two minutes.
Will my customers know Rubicon made it?
Your packing slip carries your name, with no Rubicon branding or prices, and shipping emails come from your store or from you. We never contact your customers.
Who sets the retail price?
You do. You pay Rubicon the agreed wholesale price per mat plus a handling fee per order. Prices are agreed with each partner, so apply below and we'll talk them through with you.
How do I pay Rubicon?
Your customers pay you. We send you one statement a month, and you pay it by card with the secure checkout link in the email or your portal.
Can I sell something that's out of stock?
No. Your stock for Rubicon items follows ours, so sold-out sizes show as sold out and come back by themselves when we restock.
What print files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, TIFF, PDF or PSD, up to 2 GB each. Ask us for the print size and resolution for each product. You can add new designs any time: upload the file and we link it.
Do I need a password? Can my team use the portal?
No password needed. You log in with a one-time email link, or straight from your Shopify admin, and stay logged in for 30 days. Anyone with access to the app in your Shopify admin, or to your account email, can use it.
What if a customer cancels?
Cancel it in Shopify as usual. If we haven't shipped it yet, we stop it and you're not billed. Portal partners, contact us quickly and we'll stop it if it hasn't shipped.
I sell on Etsy, not Shopify. Can I join?
Yes. You place each order in your partner portal, and we email you the tracking to add to the order on Etsy.
Is there a Shopify app to download?
There's nothing to find in the App Store. We send you a private install link made just for your store, and it takes about 2 minutes to install.
