What are the mats made of?

A 3 mm non-slip neoprene base with a smooth polyester top. The design is dye-sublimated into the fabric, so it won't crack, peel or fade.

How do I clean my playmat?

Wipe it with a damp microfiber cloth and mild soap, then let it air dry. Never use heat. Read our care guide.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If we made a mistake, contact us and we will make it right. Every playmat also has a 1-year warranty against defects. Email support@rubicongamesupplies.com within 14 days of delivery.
