Use the highest-resolution image you have. Our templates and guides show the size and bleed for every mat, and the sizing requirements explain how to get a sharp print.

Can I see my design before I order?

Yes. Playmat Studio shows your artwork on the mat as you build it, so you can position and scale it before adding it to your cart.

Can I use any artwork?

Only artwork you own or have permission to print. We can't print logos or art that belongs to someone else.

How long does it take?

Custom mats are printed to order and processed in 1 to 3 business days, then usually arrive in 7 to 14 days in the US.

Can I return a custom mat?

Custom mats are made just for you, so they can't be returned. If something is wrong, our 1-year warranty against defects has you covered. See our return policy.
